Caprese Panini
vegetarian
INGREDIENTS (2 servings):
- 2 panini
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 mozzarella
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp UMAMI pesto
- 1 bag UMAMI Vitalmix
COOKING INSTRUCTION:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius

Cut the panini in half and toast both sides in the oven

In the meantime clean and cut the tomatoes and the mozzarella into slices

When golden brown, take the panini out of the oven, put some olive oil on the lower part and spread with the pesto

Dress the lower part first with the tomatoes and top them with mozzarella

Add salt & pepper

Grill the lower part in oven till the mozzarella has melted

Spread the upper part with UMAMI pesto

Take the panini out of the oven and top it with the UMAMI Vitalmix

Close your panini and enjoy!
